Will you be able to see the original tile underneath?

No, your existing tiles will not be visible once the decals are applied. Our tile decals are made with high-quality, opaque materials that fully cover the original surface, creating a smooth and seamless finish.

When installed on clean, flat tiles, they provide complete coverage for a fresh, updated look without any show-through.

Are the decals reusable after being taken off?

Bleucoin decals are repositionable during initial installation, allowing you to adjust placement for a perfect fit. However, they are not designed to be reapplied once removed.

Crafted from high-quality vinyl, our decals maintain their strong adhesive and durability during installation, ensuring a smooth, long-lasting finish the first time around.

What types of walls are suitable for installing Bleucoin decals?

Unfortunately, Vinyl Decals (and almost ALL other types of self adhesive Vinyl decals by other companies) will not adhere well to walls that are painted with Low or No VOC paints. Paints currently marketed as Zero VOC or VOC Free include Yolo Colorhouse, Behr Premium Plus Zero VOC, Benjamin Moore’s Natura® paint, and Glidden Spred®. Sherwin Williams offers several such paints including GreenGuard Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Harmony, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Waterborne Catalyzed Epoxy, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Acrylic Coating, and ProMAR 200 & 400 Interior Latex paint.
 
Please leave a gap of 3 weeks if the wall is freshly painted.

I have recently painted my wall, is it suitable to install the decals?

No, you need to give a gap of around 3-4 weeks after painting your wall. Even if it is dry to touch does not mean it is ready for the vinyl installation. 

How can I apply Bleucoin tile decals on subway-sized tiles?

We offer custom orders to perfectly fit your space. Simply share the length and width of the area you’d like to cover, and we’ll create decals tailored just for you.

Are Bleucoin tile decals suitable for kitchen use?

Yes! Bleucoin tile decals are perfect for kitchens. They are water-resistant and easy to clean, making them ideal for backsplashes and accent walls. Simply wipe with a damp cloth to keep them looking fresh.

Are Bleucoin tile decals suitable for bathrooms?

Yes! Bleucoin tile decals are water-resistant and ideal for bathroom walls, vanities, and backsplashes. However, they are not recommended for areas with direct water contact, such as inside showers or inside tubs. For best results, apply them on smooth, dry surfaces.

What is the lifespan of Bleucoin tile decals?

Bleucoin tile decals are designed to last 5+ years or until you choose to remove them. Crafted from high-quality vinyl, they maintain their color, durability, and adhesive strength over time for a long-lasting, beautiful finish.

Can Bleucoin tile decals be applied to wood surfaces?

Yes! Bleucoin tile decals can be applied to wood surfaces, including smooth wooden walls, cabinets, and furniture. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and flat before application.

Which finish — Matte, Gloss, or Anti-Skid — is ideal for my space?

Our Anti-Skid finish is specially designed for floor applications, providing extra safety and grip. For walls and backsplashes, you can choose Matte or Glossy — it’s entirely up to your personal style and preference!

We understand how frustrating it can be for renters to make a space feel like home. Bleucoin tile decals are removable, repositionable, and renter-friendly, so you can personalize your walls and floors without worry.

Are Bleucoin tile decals suitable for use in RVs or mobile homes?

Yes! Bleucoin decals are lightweight, easy to install, and perfect for RVs.

They’re ideal for updating small spaces like RV kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Apply our vinyl splashbacks on Formica cabinets or laminate walls, use floor panels to cover old linoleum, or even refresh your toilet with our vinyl wallpaper.

For best results, make sure your RV interior is at a moderate temperature during installation. High heat can weaken the adhesive, so if your camper isn’t in use year-round, try to park in the shade or maintain a regular ambient temperature.

Can I order a larger tile size like 18"?

All our designs are made from scratch, They are in vector format & can be printed in any large format.

Is it possible to customize the color of your existing designs?

Yes! Most of our designs can be customized with the color of your choice. Simply send us a message with your requirements, and our team will do our best to bring your vision to life.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If not, there will be 50% cancellation charges or We’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Please note all the orders are made to order & prepared specially for you.

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped from India. We take 2-5 days to process your order & 3-5 business days for delivery in USA & 3-6 business days to the rest of the world ?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide through fedex / Dhl with express delivery (3-4 days delivery). 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Can I return an item?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost & custom duties if any for a refund (excluding ACTUAL shipping cost 18.49$). Also, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will provide you the return address. You will need to arrange and pay for convenient shipping method when returning an item.

Why Im not eligible to return the product?

We cannot accept items that have been installed or have been attempted to be installed as well as custom orders.

We do not accept returns & refunds due to peeling of the product.
Please note all the product is tested before sending out, They are engineered to work on mentioned surfaces. If they are peeling off, It is due to wrong way of installation or quality of wall or paint.

If there is any problem in the delivery due to address, contact details , Refused shipment etc, We will inform you immediately. UPS, DHL and other express shipping will hold the parcel for 4-7 days & if not claimed they will abandon the shipment. We will not be able to provide you the refund in this case.
