Will the original tile be visible once the tile decals are installed?

No, the current tile will not be visible at all. Our tile decals are opaque and will completely cover your existing tiles for a seamless finish.

Can I reuse the decals after I take them off ?

Bleucoin Decals are repositionable but not designed to be reapplied.

While our decals are not reusable, our commitment to using the highest quality vinyl ensures they retain their adhesive properties even after removal. 

What type of wall i need to install your decals if im planning to install them on wall?

Unfortunately, Vinyl Decals (and almost ALL other types of self adhesive Vinyl decals by other companies) will not adhere well to walls that are painted with Low or No VOC paints. Paints currently marketed as Zero VOC or VOC Free include Yolo Colorhouse, Behr Premium Plus Zero VOC, Benjamin Moore’s Natura® paint, and Glidden Spred®. Sherwin Williams offers several such paints including GreenGuard Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Harmony, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Waterborne Catalyzed Epoxy, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Acrylic Coating, and ProMAR 200 & 400 Interior Latex paint.
 
Please leave a gap of 3 weeks if the wall is freshly painted.

I have recently painted my wall, is it suitable to install the decals?

No, you need to give a gap of around 3-4 weeks after painting your wall. Even if it is dry to touch does not mean it is ready for the vinyl installation. 

My tile is a subway size, how should I use tile decals?

We do custom order, tell us the length & width we will custom make it for you.

Can I use the tile decals in Kitchen?

Yes, They are designed to be installed in kitchen but need to take care of few points
- Do not install them inside the sink/wash basin.
- They work perfectly for back splash & near gas stove.
- Splashes of water will not harm them.
- Do not scrub or clean them harsh cleaner or toilet cleaner.

Can I use my tile decals in Bathroom?

Yes, They are designed to be installed in your bathroom but take care of few things like:
- Do not install them inside of your wash basin or bath tub.
- They will not work on shower floor.
- Splashes of water will not harm them.
- They work perfectly for back splash.
- Do not clean them with Harsh Cleaner or toilet cleaner.
- You can install our antiskid floor finish on powder room floor. 

How long will they last?

5+ year or until removed. 

Will they work on wood?

Yes, They will.

Which finish is best? Matte or Gloss or anti skid?

Our Anti Skid finish is specifically designed for floor application.
& for Backsplash you can choose glossy or matt any!
That is really up to you!

Any Sizes & Shapes are possible for all designs! We can even make the design in subway form. 

 

How much does a custom order quote cost?

Customization or Making a new design is free of cost.

The prices will be as per the sizes you purchase.

We will put things together, sketch your thoughts & send you for approval!

Can I order a larger tile size like 18"?

Yes!

All our designs are made from scratch, They are in vector format & can be printed in any large format.

Can you change the color of your existing designs?

Yes for most of the designs.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

If not, there will be 50% cancellation charges or We’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Please note all the orders are made to order & prepared specially for you.

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped from India. We take 2-5 days to process your order & 3-5 business days for delivery in USA & 3-6 business days to the rest of the world 🌎

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide through fedex / Dhl with express delivery (3-4 days delivery). 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. . We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Can I return an item?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost & custom duties if any for a refund (excluding ACTUAL shipping cost 18.49$). Also, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will provide you the return address. You will need to arrange and pay for convenient shipping method when returning an item.

Why Im not eligible to return the product?

We cannot accept items that have been installed or have been attempted to be installed as well as custom orders.

We do not accept returns & refunds due to peeling of the product.
Please note all the product is tested before sending out, They are engineered to work on mentioned surfaces. If they are peeling off, It is due to wrong way of installation or quality of wall or paint.

If there is any problem in the delivery due to address, contact details , Refused shipment etc, We will inform you immediately. UPS, DHL and other express shipping will hold the parcel for 4-7 days & if not claimed they will abandon the shipment. We will not be able to provide you the refund in this case.
