Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or for custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to product peeling. Every product is thoroughly tested before shipping and is designed to adhere to the specified surfaces. If the product peels, it is typically due to incorrect installation or surface quality, such as unsuitable walls or paint.

Delivery Issues

If there are any problems with the delivery due to incorrect address details, contact information, or a refused shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. Couriers like UPS, DHL, and other express services will hold the parcel for 4–7 days. If the shipment is not claimed and is abandoned, we cannot offer a refund in these cases.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, cancellations or returns cannot be made if delivery is refused or delayed in transit. While we do our best to process and dispatch orders promptly, we have no control over delivery timelines once the package is with the carrier.

We recommend tracking your shipment with the provided tracking number. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, the buyer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we immediately begin processing to ensure timely delivery.

Bulk Order Policy

Orders exceeding $800 are considered bulk orders. Due to the nature of large purchases, we cannot offer returns or cancellations on bulk orders. To ensure you are satisfied with the color and quality, we strongly recommend purchasing a single item or sample before placing a bulk order.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Delays in delivery may occur due to customs clearance processes. No refunds will be issued if the buyer fails to claim the shipment from customs.
