RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Just return your unused decal (buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost & custom duties if any) within 14 days for a refund (excluding ACTUAL shipping cost 18.49$ +). Also, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns.

We cannot accept items that have been installed or have been attempted to be installed as well as custom orders.

We do not accept returns & refunds due to peeling of the product.
Please note all the product is tested before sending out, They are engineered to work on mentioned surfaces. If they are peeling off, It is due to wrong way of installation or quality of surface, wall or paint.

If there is any problem in the delivery due to address, contact details , Refused shipment etc, We will inform you immediately. UPS, DHL and other express shipping will hold the parcel for 4-7 days & if not claimed they will abandon the shipment. We will not be able to provide you the refund in this case.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for exchange product & returning of the product. Restocking fee of 25% is applicable on exchange

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can not be cancelled once placed as we immediately process your order so that you can receive before time!
If you still would like to cancel it there would be 25% cancellation charges.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The delay in delivery may occur due to custom clearance process.
No refund will be given if buyer fails to claim the shipment from their custom's hold
